ROSHN - Head Offices
Design and Build of ROSHN’s new headquarters in Sedra Neighborhood was awarded through a public bid. Spanning an impressive 35,000 square meters, the project features two expansive steel-structure floors, each covering over 7,000 square meters, designed to accommodate 600 modern workstations, premium loose and fixed furnishings, and luxurious high-end finishes throughout.

The scope includes a complete HVAC system, full firefighting and fire alarm systems integrated with a Building Management (BMS)System.
Beyond the offices paces, the development offers a stylish cafeteria, an inspiring exhibition area, a double-glass curtain wall with structured aluminum louvers, with landscaped surroundings, dedicated utility zones, and shaded parking accommodating 400 to 500 vehicles all seamlessly integrated to create a vibrant and functional environment.
