Design and Build of ROSHN’s new headquarters in Sedra Neighborhood was awarded through a public bid. Spanning an impressive 35,000 square meters, the project features two expansive steel-structure floors, each covering over 7,000 square meters, designed to accommodate 600 modern workstations, premium loose and fixed furnishings, and luxurious high-end finishes throughout.

Awarded through a public bid, led the design and build of Osool HQ Office at Digital City, Riyadh. The project involved the refurbishment and adaptive reuse of existing systems, with a new layout designed to accommodate 445 modern workstations with a complete acoustical system using smart material. The scope covered the delivery of premium furniture solutions, luxurious interior finishes, and the integration of salvaged HVAC, firefighting, and fire alarm systems, ensuring functionality and efficiency throughout.

As the main fit-out contractor for Magnolia Bakery, we successfully delivered a comprehensive interior works package, transforming the space into a high-end, brand-reflective retail environment. Our scope of work encompassed the full execution of luxury interior finishes, including bespoke joinery, detailed wall and ceiling treatments, and custom fixtures aligned with Magnolia Bakery’s signature design aesthetic.

The project featured high-end interior finishes, including premium flooring, customized display units, and sleek ceiling and lighting elements that reflect Adidas’s modern and dynamic retail identity.
