Crafting Iconic Destinations with Container Architecture.
At the heart of the development is a specialty coffee house built from six fully customized and fully equipped 40-foot containers. Each unit was purpose-built to house barista stations, kitchen and service areas, guest seating, and storage, with complete MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems and refined interior and exterior finishes suited for the coastal setting.
In addition to the coffee house, we designed, manufactured, and installed a series of additional containers to create restaurant units and entertainment spaces, forming a cohesive, multifunctional destination along the beachfront. These included food outlets with commercial kitchen fit-outs, open-air dining decks, and entertainment containers adapted for live performances, games, or event hosting.
This project exemplifies modern modular construction — combining style, sustainability, and speed.
Our turnkey execution covered design, fabrication, on-site installation, and final commissioning, delivering a visually striking, highly functional destination that enhances the coastal experience for visitors.
