Story
A Note from the CEO
With more than three decades of experience in operations and executive leadership, Mohammaed Sadyeh is recognized for his ability to transform companies and deliver landmark projects. During a 20‑year tenure as CEO of a regional telecom group, he guided the business from around 20 million SAR in annual revenue to 2 billion SAR and expanded its footprint from Saudi Arabia into the GCC, Africa and Europe. Under his leadership the company earned national recognition: it was ranked among the Kingdom’s top emerging businesses in the Saudi Fast Growth 100 program led by Harvard Business School professor Michael Porter. Mr. Sadyeh also received a “Michael Porter Award” for best company strategy and his firm was recognized among the top 100 fastest‑growing companies in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Sadyeh has completed multiple executive courses at Harvard Business School and London Business School, strengthening his strategic management capabilities. Drawing on deep knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets, he has executed landmark contracting and manufacturing projects since joining those sectors.
As Chief Executive Officer of NCG Contracting Company, he oversees complex construction initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring quality. He also leads Quantum, a manufacturing facility that supports industrial diversification. His career is distinguished by a commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth and sustainable business practices.
